Takata recall , safety recall 15s21 was completed on 08/09/16, driver side airbag, at the time i was advised that the passenger side airbag was not yet available and that i would be notified when it is available, to date i have not been so advised. Presently safety recall 16s26 is still active and i have received notice that takata has filed chapter 11 bankruptcy!

Takata recall. I am unable to understand why ford is allowed to take this much time to replace the defective and unsafe air bag in my 2008 ford mustang. They are still being allowed to sell new vehicles and to sell replacement air bags for vehicles involve in accidents. Where is the consumer protection in this? I think the concern for the consumer in this whole fiasco has been a joke'
