The contact received notification of nhtsa campaign number: 15v319000 (air bags) however, the part needed to perform the repair was unavailable. The contact stated that the manufacturer exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The manufacturer was notified of the issue. Vin tool confirms parts not available.

Still waiting for the part to be available for the passenger side air bag. It's been probably a year since we were notified of the defect for passenger side bag. To date, part not ready. Had the driver side bag replaced in june 2016. Do we have to sue to get the replacement installed?
