2016 ford mustang gt. Evaporator has failed twice (1st time @ 7k miles, 2nd time @16k miles). Each failure caused loss of ac, and resulted in a film building up on all interior window surfaces. Visibility was obscured when driving into the dealership to have serviced during second failure, most likely due to r-134a refrigerant leaking into passenger compartment?!?

The rear view mirror in my mustang vibrates on any road with imperfections so that you cannot distinguish what type a vehicle is behind you. I have had it replaced under warranty, but the new one does the same. This issue is on a majority of mustangs, according to forums, and i believe it is a safety issue if you cannot distinguish if there is a safety vehicle behind you.
