2001 ford cobra air bags activated with out major damage to the bumper upon collision. *ts the vehicle was only going about 2 mph when it came in contact with the other vehicle. The consumer feels that the air bags should not have deployed and requested that ford authorizes replacement of the air bags at no cost. Ford denied the consumer request. *nm
