Near miss - car pulled out in front of me and i instinctively hit the breaks and passenger seat belt locked up and wouldn't release causing passenger discomfort and unable to breath, was unable to release seat belt so had to cut off . This is a 2010 mustang convertible with less than 50,000 miles . Contacted dealer and said that the seat belt was not covered under warranty! It would be $300 + labor ?? Looked online…

I purchased a 2010 ford mustang (vin: [xxx] ) in april of 2009. This vehicle was equipped with pirelli pzero nero tires that were manufactured in november of 2008. In april 2010, i noticed cracks in the rubber in between the tread ribs on all 4 tires. These tires had ~17k miles on them and were 1 years old. I can provide pictures upon request.
