There is bubbling paint on the aluminum hood of my car. The corrosion and blistering is an ongoing problem that ford needs to address. The engineering department should step up to the plate. This is no fault of mine. Garaged and only 32,500 miles. Small amounts of bubbling has been present for a while, and recently spread to a larger area. The only remedy is to replace the hood.

I noticed a year and a half ago the paint on the hood was bubbling up so i went to 2 dealerships and asked what can be done. Both said nothing. It has to rust before something can be done. Now, half of the front of the hood's paint has bubbled up and peeled off. This cheap paint issue should be a recall for ford.
